Shipping Policy
Atlantic Region: 2-3 business days for delivery, for cities such as Halifax, Dartmouth, Sydney (NS), Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John (NB), and St. John’s (NL).
Other Regions in Canada: Orders are delivered within 4 business days to major provinces, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
Canada Post is the default shipping method.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
Quality Concerns
Any quality issues must be reported within 30 days to be eligible for return and refund.
